IIt depends on dIIalect, II'm pretty zure. II'm not fully fluent IIn eIIther of the onez II know anymore, to be honezt. II've alwayz conztructed my zentencez wIIthout the uze of pronounz. II don't zo much anymore becauze pronounz are fazter, but before II would uze "that/the troll", "that/the troll'z", or uze namez dIIrectly.
