I had to cut my workout short today and also had to lessen the amount of deadlift sets because my lumbar injury is acting up. I'm having back spasms every time I move my body. I'd like to take a muscle relaxer, but I'm trying to save what's left of my prescription for when my injury gets out of control again. My doctor's refusing to refill it. Ugh.
