‘Imagine’

I created the abstract painting Imagine with the idea of have an abstract painting below a block printed leaf pattern. I used the dramatic effect of color in this painting to create imagery while having the subtle leaf pattern intertwine throughout the painting.

The blue tones create a calming effect in this Abstract painting. I wanted the blues to contrast with one another creating a sense of balance in the composition of the painting.
