what you may (start to) sacrifice for this Eid ul Azha
a consistent bad habit
your sleep to pray more
overeating
a little voice that overly criticizes your very move
a consistent sin (e.g backbiting. the start could be to incorporate new topics in your regular conversation, one that does not require you to speak ill of other people)
hyper perfectionism
overdependence on external validation
shyness to talk and help those in need of your help (this may apply to people with social anxiety, but it probably depends on the degree of anxiety one has)
boredom, maybe by planning fun things for the big Eid
your lower desires, to cater to the needs of the animal you may be sacrificing in sha Allah
