Summer was hoping to be passed over for the matches today, but it seemed like luck wasn’t on her side. Flinching as her name was called, the huntress in training took a deep breath before making her way to the battle area.
‘You got this, Summer. No sweat.’ She thought to herself, getting out her Ba Gua knives. Her opponent was a very tall male, and the huntress smiled softly up at him. “Good luck.” She should have been scared, she was small, and for her to use her weapons, she needed to get close, but she wasn’t Dealing with people, that scared her, in battle, that’s where she belonged.
As soon as the teacher started the match, she was almost invisible as she moved around her opponent with amazing speed. The match didn’t last long, especially since she used the other’s large size aid her in her attacks. His aura depleting, the professor ended the mate, and Summer put her knives back, resting at her sided before giving him a slight bow of the head. “Good job.”
Quietly she returned to her seat. Hopefully now everyone would pay attention to the next match and not looking at her.
