I woke up early, got my kids out early, showered and flat ironed my hair and put on non-workout clothes. I've been fighting the barometric pressure, tension, and hormonal headaches all week. After getting the tension released at the chiropractor, the lactic acid finally took over. Chronic illnesses suck! I had been looking forward to socializing with my speaking club all week long, taking My girl to her meet the Kinder teacher, and working out today. My weakness is that I love with everything I have. I love all my friends to the point where I would die for them and I love my family more than words can describe. But I didn't leave any of that love to give to myself. That is why I'm so desperate for someone to show me that kind of love and I crave the positive attention I do not give to myself. I need others to love me because I do not love myself. That is my greatest weakness and my most prominent trait all at the same time.
