Still hadn't got payment in BIGtoken after two months
Last November 26, 2019 I requested data payment from the Bigtoken. According to the email sent by BIGtoken, all payment requests undergo an account auditing procedure that could take up to 7 business days. Thus, I expected to receive my payments by December 6, 2019. I decided to email support on December 14, 2019 stating I haven’t gotten my payment and up until now the present day of January 25, 2020 no PayPal payment.
There are a lot of positive reviews of BIGtoken and this application is tagged as legit and paying by some users. Countless of payment proof online and good reviews make one enticed into joining this easy data survey app.
I truthfully haven’t done anything fraudulent or any activity deemed as such and even provided my personal correct account information. BIGtoken can decline payment requests if fraudulent activity is detected upon account auditing procedure. I wonder what is the issue?
Pending transaction means no more future redemptions so I will definitely uninstall this application.
