Then I would suggest getting an oven thermometer to help with figuring out the temp inside the oven. Set it on top of the rack and just test placement til you find the right spot for the temp you need. Be sure to try multiple temps from your favorite recipes. Thats the best advice I can give you sorry.
actually that’s not a bad idea - i feel like this oven runs hot (or maybe my old oven was cold), after the holidays i’ll look into it.
