boobs get dry skin during the summer is it just itchy redness or is there inflammation also if you have diabetes it could be a symptom of an infection due to it as i recently learned.

no itching or anything it just this raised kinda bumpy areas in small patches all of my cleavage. i don't have diabetes and i moisturise my boobs loads but it hasn't really been sunny for it to dry out my skin
