Bike Diary: Ilayang Dupay-Pagbilao
So glad nakabalik na ko sa pag bbike after 2 weeks. 1st week, my body was still on tapulao feels and 2nd week, running out of time na ko sa work at madaming kailangang tapusing coding tasks. Pakiramdam ko ang hina na ng katawan ko dahil 2 weeks akong nagpahinga. Pero di naman ako masyadong napagod kanina. Sakto lang :D
First try to use my action cam for road cycling. Ambigat ng memory ng isang video. Tumataginting na 2GB. Hanggang ngayon di ko pa napapanuod ng buo lahat.
The usual. And yes hello to our new biking buddy, Kuya Gerald!
I thought we have another new biking buddy. Pero lampas. Hahaha.
Too much Bicol feels.

Bike Diary: Tayabas City
26km
Biking sesh with Kuya Ariel this morning. Same old route, Lucena to Tayabas downtown via Calumpang.
This time, it took us longer time to reach downtown because we had 2 water breaks and a lot of picture taking sessions.
Ang gintong bike ni Kuya Josh. Tumataginting ng Php 26, 000 ang price. Di niya ginagamit so hiniram ko.
“Oooops may magandang view. Balik tayo!”
Trying to make some madrama shot.
Mt. Banahaw at my back. Maaakyat din kita, someday.
Easy ride na pauwi dahil pababa ang daan from Tayabas back to Lucena.
Butiki pose.
Puno sa ilalim ng tulay.
Pursigido sa pagbbike because I’ll be joining Independence Climb with KB pips on June 12-13 at Mt. Tapulao in Zambales. Need to gain more energy because it is a 5/9 difficulty climb! :)
Bike Diary: Old Manila Road, Isabang
9km
Quick bike ride from our office at Gulang-gulang, Lucena City to Old Manila Road Isabang, Lucena City. I was looking for a hotel but I end up availing the nearest hotel from our office. Fail.
Madaming kalaban sa bayan because of the Pasayahan Festival.

Bike Diary: Tayabas City
26km
1.5 hours biking from Lucena City to Tayabas downtown via Calumpang. Super proud sa una kong malayong ruta.
Still used Kuya Ariel’s bike. Ayaw niya gamitin? Edi ako gagamit.
Good morning Mt. Banahaw! Di kita naaappreciate dati until I experienced Mt. Pulag. Parang mountains are calling me talaga.
According to my officemates, they once tried the same but it took them 3 hours to reach Tayabas with same route.
Yung dinudungaw kong view dati nung pumunta kami ni Kuya Don sa bahay nila.
I will try Lucena to Lucban soon. More calories to burn!
Bike Diary: Dalahican Port
6km
1 hour biking to Dalahican Port, Lucena City. Early morning exercise as preps for Mt. Manalmon climb.
Thanks to Kuya Ariel for letting me use his abandoned bike.
No buses. No cars. No trucks. Just me alone.
I won’t miss at least one selfie. Haha!
Hello Mr. Sun!
Maybe it was because it was the first day of real sun-when you can start the ride without arm warmers-that we suffered. It should’ve been an easy spin but it became a death march that included stopping at gas station 8 kms from home. Good times were had and at least it justified post-ride chicken mcnuggets and big macs.

I've decided to not ride the trainer in December. To force myself to ride outdoors. There'll be plenty of time to suffer in the basement in January and February. Now and over the holidays is to feel cold air in the lungs, snow on the face, and put on the pounds. I mean you need weight to lose weight, no?
