i spotted this chainring at the bottom of one of my favorite #bikeshop recycling bins (you rock my world once again #beaverton #bikegallery ). the silver detail shining in the dark called out to me “rescue me! rescue me!” and so i dug through the bent rims, the broken gear clusters, the grimy #bicycle chain and claimed it. because i knew there was another life left in her, i knew it could be transformed. isn’t that what #cycling is all about? maybe you’re working off a few pounds, maybe you’re working through something in your heart, or your head, or claiming your place in #strava history. or maybe just remembering who you were before kids and dogs and a mortgage took priority..... “rescue me! rescue me!” you say it to your bike each time you get on it. this one is for you. .
