There are some days that are just perfect, and today was one of those days :) Fantastic ride with a great bunch of guys over Springbrook, through the Numinbar Valley, across the Border to Tyalgum, where we had a delicious lunch at Flutterbies, then on to Stokers Siding, Burringbar and Mooball, then back over Tomewin to home. #littleninja may or may not have broken her track PB today 😉😝💥⚡️ Such an awesome day!! #bikespam #bikeporn #bikeride #bikerchick #bikers_lifestyle #ninja300 #z1000 #gsxr

It was so good to be back on the bike after working the past few week ends! After all the rain last night the air smelt clean and fresh - of Jasmine, Wattle and damp rainforest. The sky had been washed clean, and once the sun came up it was such a beautiful, crisp, clear sunny morning. Was one of the most varied and eventful rides I've been on. The roads were wet or patchy and scattered with small debris from the wind. I had a few woah fk moments from the crazy Skippys and Giant Bunnies trying their best to be roadkill, and from a giant slew of gravel over the road as I came round a corner. But the scariest was the gale blowing on top of Beechmont, which blew me from one side of the road to the other several times, and nearly over the escapement at one point! Some people don't ride when the weather isn't perfect, or the roads are wet. I prefer to experience it all - because the only way to learn to deal with the scary bits is to experience them :) Was an awesome ride with @jasonr2011 & @rmz_450 this morning! I can't even explain how much I love our Sunday rides ... Over twisty Springbrook, through the picturesque Numinbar Valley across the border into the farmlands of Northern NSW. We breakfast at a little village called Tyalgum nestled in the foothills of the Mount Warning caldera, which has the cutest little cafe. Today the top of the caldera was shrouded in clouds and looked so magical. After lunch we travel through the cane fields near Murwillumbah, then over the Tomewin Range and back in to Currumbin. Then home to wash oil and wax the bikes, and then late sushi lunch at Coolangatta...
