good question. well you see, my friend, they met out in the wild west. dom was riding his horse, looking all hot in that amazing cowboy hat of his, and there he saw a very sunshiny, very VSCO boi named Bill. he was standing there in his golden glory, those sexy scrunchies, that long-ass t-shirt, a hydroflask in hand.
and immediately dom went, “howdy pardner aint you lookin fucking gay. get off my lawn.”

and they’ve been riding that wild wild west for years now, just them and their horses and their scrunchies.
(but bilco’s true story is a mystery and they’ve been spreading rumors about their relationship origins so really everyone has a different story).
