Also returning to Buffy after so long watching spn and it's "every monster just kind of looks like some guy" policy made me really appreciate the visual effects in Buffy. Look at the makeup and prosthetics on that demon! Look at the cheesy cgi on the line "I guarantee a great big smile!" Look at the strange and never-explained man-sized wooden puppets!
