This film concludes Hertzfeldt's Bill Trilogy, the first film of which premiered in 2006. It follows Bill, a troubled stick figure in a hat, as he struggles to piece together his slowly deteriorating mind. It is absolutely brilliant.

This film is truly remarkable. I recommend it to people all the time, as I do with all of Hertzfeldt's work. He is probably the most fascinating individual in the field of animation today.
it's such a beautiful day (Don Hertzfeldt's third and final chapter of the Bill Trilogy) surprised me at every moment. The most enthralling and complex work of his yet. I want to watch it again right now.
