Giant Gudgeon - is a member of the Gudgeon Gobies family and is native to northern Australia from the Adcock River, western Australia to the vicinity of Cooktown. It inhabits rivers, creeks and billabongs, usually in quiet or slow flowing water among vegetation, around log debris or undercut banks.
