The sirens of the asylum blared through the darkness as the brunette recounted on all the sick, chaotic and twisted events that led up to that specific moment in time. He was always the smart one who pushed aside love and thought it nothing but something mythological one might find in a children’s bedtime story. He always relied on smarts and brains to get him where he wanted to be. Mason Pines (AKA Dipper) was the newest addition to the arkham asylum staff and was extremely honored to have such an occupation. All his life the paranormal and weirdness had fascinated him. He loved reading people and understanding what was going on in their minds, so much intact that he studied to become a psychologist. His family didn’t approve at first but he didn’t really care what they thought.The months leading up to the horrific massacre had been actually some of his favorite. Once he had been selected to work in the asylum, he was handed a black file containing the information of his newest patient. Bill Cipher.The information in that file was extremely confidential and the only reason he was even given the case was due to his highest graduate’s honor award and the past few years of his work, earning multiple psychiatric degrees. He just had a gift of understanding the way these criminals’ minds worked. He took a deep breath as he scanned through the file containing everything people knew about the dangerous criminal.Dipper went wide eyed at the long list of crimes the deadly blonde man had committed.“Arson, mass murder, assault, multiple robberies, sexual assault, kidnapping, fraud…. the list seemed to just go on and on. Dipper took one look at the inmate’s mug shot. The sinister grin seemed to be the first thing that stood out, like white chalk on a black board. He seemed to be covered with ink in multiple places, his hair was blonde and slicked back with a few strands that hung in a loop just around his forehead. Over his left eye there was a triangular eye patch that the guards allowed him to keep. His other eye however was a burning golden color that glowed and danced with mischief, from that eye alone Dipper could just tell there was a wicked mind behind the scenes. It sounded messed up but he was oddly intrigued by this man. He was Dippers latest puzzle and the brunette couldn’t wait to see how he ticked and try to get some idea of how Ciphers mind worked. All was quiet as he was escorted to Ciphers cell.“Floor One….”The elevator dropped down.“Ground floor…”Where did they even keep this guy?“Basement….”Dipper chewed his lip nervously and adjusted his glasses, scanning over the file once more.“Criminal ward….”To dipper it felt as if he was plunging deep underground. He took a deep breath as the doors opened on the lowest floor of the building. Maybe he was in over his head.“Criminally Insane….”He was escorted down a long corridor that was swarming with guards. At the end of the hall was a single room he slowly reached for the door after closing the file. He opened the door and stepped in meeting the one gold eye.The brunette just eyed, him as he walked over to the desk that had been placed in the middle room. He dropped the file on the desk. “You have a very interesting file.” He said softly before he sat down
