HOLY SHIT! Ok guys so i'm watching Pewdiepie's gameplay of The Last of Us because i'm bored and he got to the part of the flooded subway right after you leave the capitol building in Boston. He picked up the smuggler's note just as I had done about 20 times before and read it. Only this time I noticed the note mentioned a guy named Frank and how he was trying to get into the quarantine zone but he never showed. I finally made the connection that the Frank the note is referring to and Bill's Frank are THE SAME FUCKING PERSON! I literally have been spazing for like 10 minutes over this. I realize that a lot of you probably have already found this but I'm a little slow on some things lol
