Billy Specter, the ill-mannered cowboy star of the Western classic "Look Who's Shooting", once shot an intern for breathing too much air. Death has done little to improve his mood.

For my annual October ghost post I decided to do a TS2 (pc) remake of Billy Specter (no relation to Olive) from The Sims 2 (console).

Strangetown: In The Sims 3 - Sheila Deadbones’ and Billy Specter’s Resurrection

After Helga Mandrake’s resurrection, Red got to work to help out Sheila Deadbones. She felt her fate was unfair and wanted another chance. Of course, this made Billy Specter jealous, so after many threats, Red immediately started cooking up another one for him too.

Sheila Deadbones reunited with her parrot, Sylvester!

To everyone’s dismay and nearly swallowing the Ambrosia whole, Billy Specter comes back to life.

Billy and his lizard, Norman. Probably the only living, breathing creature in Strangetown that Billy is nice to.
