15-year-old Norali Spaugh runs away from home (again); police asking for tips on teen's location

This is at least the fourth time she has been reported as a runaway juvenile. She was reported to have left her home without permission on December 30, 2019; April 1, 2020; and most recently, May 5, 2020.

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV) — Biloxi Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway teen.

Norali Alexandria Spaugh, 15, was reported to have left her home without permission about 8 p.m. on May 13. She was last seen in the 300 block of Willow Avenue.

Norali is 5’5″ and between 150 and 160 pounds, with red hair and hazel eyes.
