   Lips curled into a small smile as he watched the younger one pet the cat. It was most definitely what one would deem cute. “His name is Fuyuki. I think he likes you.”

"He's mine! You can't take him away! He's mine!" More kicking and now punching.

Puffing his cheeks, he stepped up and kicked the male's shin. "Jerk. I'll never let you take Aine away from me!"

“Like I said, keep dreaming.”

"Mhm! He said he's gonna wait for new to get big!" His cheeks puffed. "He's mine!"

He would retort to him back ‘over my dead body’ but this was a child he was speaking to- a toddler no less, and that would make him a villain. Wait, why does he feel like he’s being the villain now? He felt like he was being made a fool out of and he should just leave.

“Keep dreaming.”

“I don’t have time to argue with a child- Wait, marry?”

Oh look, a toddler is glaring at him over by the door.
