I think my start off to try to be fitter and healthier again was a bit too sudden for my body and for my mind. I probably tried too hard and too instantly from one day to another, and together with my emotional mess - of going back to my hometown alone after spending the past months living with my boyfriend -, got me a little too restrictive, ending up in me craving and eating everything last night.
But hey, that's okay! One bad day won't break me down, and it's great to realize I was doing a little wrong early enough, before ending up in bad routines and habits again! So, new start for a healthy and happy routine again! ♥
