F5 Day 32
Weighed in at 149.5!!! Lost 4.5 pounds from yesterday's weigh in. How did I do that? I think I got it from binging in the weekend. Craziness!!! All I have to lose to get to my 2 month goal is 5.5lbs to get to 144. I'm only on week 1 of August. I have three more weeks to go.
I think I can do this, plus I am pushing myself more each day in all of my workouts.
It's progress for sure.
