The showrunners originally planned for the climax of the me getting fucked storyline to happen in March but then it was postponed for April for sideplot reasons but then the audience engagement went downhill or something? so they needed to stir up some drama and critics are saying it’s kinda contrived and problematic, and the character arcs are kinda all over the place and arguably unrealistic but here we are, gotta trust they have a vision I guess. But it’s like, did they drop that plan or what’s up? The whole building tention thing is going on a little long now and that’s a little risky but at least it’s not predictable, it’s just impossible to say what happens next. Then again this melancholic longing and stumbling through efforts of self improvement montage is a little overdone and exhausting imo, like I’m kinda done with that. We just need some queer joy in this one just pleaseee like can we just let good things happen to lesbians sometimes
