A couple of snaps I took for the Bio cocktails bookled (obviously cropped by IG format🙄). This session got me thinking about a trend in cocktail bars some good 9-10 years back that was calling for a use of freshly pressed fruit/vegetable juices. They’ve been so delicious! 🤩 The only problem was a waste. You couldn’t predict the exact amount of cocktails sold per night and these juices tend to go bad pretty fast.
