Im aware of the composition of a bippus

Just got the weirdest spam/robo call:

First of all the Caller ID said BIPPUS???

Then, it proceeds to glitch and go "hi- hi --- hi, my name is _____ and I design websites for small businesses" & the rest of the speal it did was normal, i just thought it was weird & surreal at first. Never got one quite like that before.
