So my bird doesn't like scritches, baths and other people. She doesn't show much personality either maybe it's because her old owners. What can I do where she can like those things she can be comfortable around me

Socialising can vary between individual birds.Avie has the same issue with strangers and its a long process to fix and still isn’t 100% to this day - might not ever be!Until she gets to know the person she lets everyone know there is an intruder *SCREAMING* until you can’t hear yourself think.It can sometimes be what the person is wearing for instance glasses, bright colours, hats, hooded jumpers are a no no for her!It is important to note what appropriate limits are for your parrot and, how best to work on those limitations through training and positive experiences.Say she gets anxious when a new person enters the room - stand next to her when shes in the cage and reward for focusing on you.Exposing your safely bird to different environments, people and various items can help with confidence and problem behaviours too.It’s important to start slow with training and socialisation and it will take a while but she and yourself will benefit in the long run if you persist!
