how did the ship name springles come about ??
So, believe it or not, Springles used to be a very uncommon ship… Only, like, 3 people avidly shipped it, and there wasn’t a decided upon name for the pair(pixiv would tag it as sashaconnie or conniesasha… didn’t quite roll off the tongue).
Then, in July, the ship was dubed Springles by the lovely shaburdies(aka birdgekis) in this fanart here. That’s the farthest back I remember it being used, anyway. It’s a combo of Connie’s last name Springer and Pringles potato chips…. Springles
It was cute, easy to remember, and the tag sometimes gets typo’d sprinkles and pringles photos, so it’s all good. hahah
