Birdmas 2023 Day 1 "Cuddle"

I was going to write a fic with some hypothetical bird kid... cause I love working with next-generation headcanons. But because my winter break is really getting away from me, I decided to avoid fic writing because it was going to take a lot of time and effort to even make something small. So I composed a little scene with random Takaeishi Son getting comfort after a nasty blackout. I have such a soft spot for imagining any of the cast as parents. What can I say, I'm getting older, I'm a teacher. These kiddos can be so dear.

I imagine that blackouts are just the worst for the little ones but there would be a pretty strong system in the flock to circumvent the powerful terrors that young birdmen could create. And of course, the comfort afterward is just as important as the battle.
