what’s up everyone I just fully sprinted across my workplace parking lot just to get some incredibly blurry pictures of a great blue heron that was flying by, which is certainly A way to start a morning
There’s this one church I drive by on a fairly regular basis, that usually has various birds (mostly ravens and assorted gulls) hanging out on the roof. One time though, there was this absolutely massive great blue heron chilling up there with the ravens. So of course now every time I pass that church I have to do a quick Heron Check, and every single time I do I think about that one tweet about the dog who found half a pie in a shrub once and now has shrub every day just in case another pie ever appears. Dusty’s got his Magic Pie Bush, and I’ve got my Magic Heron Church I guess
