Picture if you will: Natasha accidentally overhearing Bucky singing in the shower (because he's a killer singer but is super embarrassed about it and anyone who disagrees can fiGHT ME) and then the soundtrack to Newsies mysteriously finds its way into his iTunes library and Bucky is obsessed. Within days, he's got all the songs memorized and has suckered Steve into going to see it with him and by the end of the opening number, Steve is positively enthralled with the music and the set and the dancing...

They end up seeing it three more times and are constantly quoting it, to the point where they announce "NEVER FEAR, BROOKLYN'S HERE" whenever they're sent to pull their fellow Avengers out of trouble.
