Positive Birthing Affirmations!
I have made so many wonderful friends off of tumblr and I would love for you all to be part of my birth and make it an amazing experience. A lot of the time homebirthers make up cards with birthing affirmations on them to look at during labor. Positive words and thoughts really help me when I am feeling down and will give me that extra nudge when I feel like I can't take anymore. So many of you have expressed that you have faith in me and that I can do it, and you have already given me such drive to have a successful VBAC. If you'd like to tumblr message, fanmail, Facebook message, text or comment on this post with a positive message or quote that I could read during labor and birth, please do! I will be writing/printing them out and hanging them on the wall around my birthing area so that when I need that extra boost, one of your lovely cards will be there to get me through!
