Birth arrived faster than anticipated, and after a grueling 18 hours in labor, she welcomed her first child. Aiden Ross Keiser.
The Birth....
Finally a couple of days after Winterfest, Don got a call at work from a FRANTIC Tomas.
“IT HURTS!” he screamed. “PLEASE COME HOME!”
Don flew out of RainyDay Entertainment like a lightning bolt and ran all the way to their little house in Willow Creek. Tomas was in the front yard waiting for him. He was in too much pain to talk.
Don did what he could to calm Tomas down and get him to breathe through the contractions, but knew he would have to get him to the hospital soon.
When they arrived at Willow Creek Hospital, Don was so proud of how well Tomas was holding up under the pain.
They were immediately admitted to the ER and an Obstetrician checked Tomas’ progress.
One of the doctors was astounded that Tomas was pregnant and in labor and wanted to be involved in the birth somehow so stuck around.
The third trimester approached quickly, and Ellyn found herself in labor after a long day at work. Thankfully, she had Bo to thank, and he was the support she needed. From cuddles on the couch, back massages, and encouraging her to work and walk to make the birth easier - he earned the gold medal for being a birth partner. Ellyn did not take this for granted, she was grateful and felt lucky to have such an amazing partner by her side.
[I use Pandasama's birth mod, the animations are from it.]
“You’ve been to a doctor, right?” a roommate asked carefully. “Yeah,” Brynn said, not looking up. “It’s fine.” “Do you know your due date?” She waved a hand vaguely. “Not anytime soon”
But it was. ~
Brynn was there on the pathway, knees bent awkwardly, shoulders hunched, the reality of it all finally undeniable. In her arms small, crying, impossibly real was the baby she had insisted wasn’t coming yet.
Made some fair headway in my Legacy game today! My current gen finally decided to tie the knot as Quinn graduated University after being high school sweethearts. Quinn and Sullivan welcomed twins, Echo and Evander. Quinn's mom, Millie, also showed up to the hospital (which I didn't know could happen but it gave me the feels and I was HERE FOR IT!) Welcome Gen 5!
