This post is for the month of March & the Pisces Zodiac Sign. It has been often believed that Aquamarine was the birthstone for March babies. The true birthstone for March is Jade. Jade is the only winter stone that is green; it represents the cold becoming wet. This is why I release Jade items in the winter. This frozen water can only be exercised with Jade. The water spirits only sing for Jade although Merfolk love aquamarine they weigh Jade heavier. The Egyptians marked each year by the zodiacal ages; As many know this is why Christianity uses the fish because in their religion Jesus came at this age. What is not always spoken about is the awakening of the Emperors Stone. There are a few different names for it but this is when all of the Jade of the Earth woke at the same time. At this time. This still proves to be correct; a stone that wasn't changed because it could be easily obtained. The different garnets offering different undertones of red was a selling point for these stores therefore it was an easy stone to keep. It was also profitable to keep this stone for January as it is the color of the New Year in many cultures. •The First True birthstone for January is Garnet. If you are a Capricorn born in December your second birthstone is Ruby and if you are a Capricorn born in January your second birthstone is again a garnet. This is the first but not the last time there is a double birthstone in the birthplate family. Those with a double garnet birthstone were often given a snake bone at birth. There has been some talk in the gem communities about slowly switching to a Zircon called Hyacinth for February.
