I have posted about so many things over the years; stone eating, color therapy, crystal therapy, symbolic language, earth medicine, plant medicine, animal medicine, animal speak, and the list could go on. Two things I always walk on egg shells about are Animal Medicine & Blood Magick. Why? As I have explained before, Animal Medicine isn’t even taught until age 33. Maybe 30 for some. It is unlike it’s plant & earth counterparts. It can be dangerous & abusive. Animals mistreated by people who are only seeking power and retribution is vile. No animal; human or non human should ever be hurt. Some still cling to bits & pieces of old world remedies that have been deemed ‘dead ended’. I promise you that no ivory horn will find what you seek; when you have ended the animal speak. The only one who can wield the power is dead by your hand. Do you think he will help you? Many of you remember the Legend of the White Pumpkin story I post here every Halloween. Remember in the story the coyote gave his tooth freely and empowered it to do the girls will. I am currently finishing a 10 volume series on Animal Medicine but I sometimes am not sure I should let it go. It may never see the light of day. With Blood Magick I worry in different directions. People often have blurred vision when someone mentions “Blood Magick” and I often halt and turn around when I hear people’s preconceived notions on the matter. No it is not human or animal sacrifice. No it isn’t evil. No you do not drink other people’s blood. No you should not EVER take blood, hair, or nails, etc from someone without their permission. It is the strongest but shouldn’t be taken lightly. Ever since I started posting about the Bell Witch story I am reminded I will run into this. I know people will get a little testy. The eggshell blanket is before me once again. Remember that there is a known blood ritual that most do not flinch over. The body and the blood of Jesus Christ by a cracker and wine/grape juice. A rose by any other name still smells sweet. All beliefs believe in the power of blood. So remember when the woman (goddess) bleeds; the red moon is full. #Coexist #RespectAll
