Bagging Bisap, Velingara, Sénégal 2014.
Once bagged the Bisap goes into a freezer to make delicious baggy ice lolly things. Most women, on top of all domestic tasks, had something like this as thier only independent source of income. She’d been at it a while and still had loads to do, and then there’s me thinking this mundane shit is worth a picture. Understandably bored and just a bit pissed off.
