20th April 2016 - Taste of Savoie on tour. I enjoyed a great visit to Maison Fossier the makers of the famous biscuits rose in Reims. They have been making these delightful biscuits since 1691. Taste great with champagne and coffee! Also good in desserts like Tiramisu or a Charlotte.
