- Dean Winchester is based on a bisexual character & a bisexual man IRL [Dean Moriarty from ‘On The Road’ & Neal Cassady]
- The censored, edited version of the book ‘On The Road’ was published in 1957, excluding the homosexual moments; only putting Dean’s sexuality in subtext & hinting at it [Sound familiar?!]
- The unedited, original book [’On The Road’] was released in the early 2000′s.

- Dean Flirts with the cops on multiple occasions
- Dean getting arrested & shoved onto a car is suggestive; Dean smiles the entire time
- “We talkin’ like, misdemeanor kind of trouble or, squeal like a pig trouble?” ‘Squeal like a pig’ is a reference to male rape.
1x04 - Phantom Traveler:
- Dean Checks out every male mechanic at the airplane hanger; smiling at all of them; he’s distracted by them more than paying attention to the case

- Dean checks out the half naked guy while reading ‘Backside’ magazine; Dean tells Sam that he missed a spot on the guy’s lower back. [Dean had to of been looking]
- Dean gets disappointed that he can’t hook up with anyone that night; he says while looking at the same guy

- Dean has a sports newspaper on the bedside table next to him: he’s mostly naked and his arm is under the covers

- Dean gets the number of a bartender, speaks about them in gender neutral terms; Sam assumes its a girl but Dean doesn’t seem at all interested in the woman bartender suggesting that the number Dean got was from the male bartender

6x06 - You Can’t Handle The Truth:
- Sam tells Dean “A Dentist drilled a guy to death.” Dean responds with “The Non-Sexy kind of drilling, right?” Dean thinks that two men having sex is sexy
- “I cannot wait to eat yours..” [Camera cuts to Dean; worried] ”..I’ve seen liars before, but you two? Gold standard.”
6x09 - Clap Your Hands If You Believe:
- [Dean x Fairies] Fairies are associated with Queer men
- The lady tells them about how the fairies only take first born sons just like Rumpelstiltskin; Dean looks proud after she mentions this
- Apparently when Dean was abducted Dean serviced the King of the fairies [King Oberyn] [This is a easy link to a Queer man in GOT; King Oberyn]
- When Dean is in jail for a “Hate Crime” the policeman brings up homosexuality, asking, if the guy were to be normal sized would he have felt any different about his actions. Dean says he doesn’t hate the guy if he were gay or any size; the policeman says that the district attorney isn’t gay and proceeds to talk about him.
6x18 - Frontierland:
- When Sam & Dean ask the sheriff and his deputies; “We’re looking for a man.” the sheriff replies “I’ll bet.” Deans reaction is one to pay attention to.
6x20 - The Man Who Would Be King:
- Cas: “It sounds so simple when you say it like that.. Where were you when I needed to hear it?” Dean: “I was there where were you?” This is a parallel to a couple in Season 9 Episode 20 that rephrased the exact same words. If DeanCas isn’t real, then why would the writers purposefully romanticize these lines?! It wasn’t just done a few times, there are MANY times this happens.

7x02 - Hello, Cruel World:
- Dean wraps Castiel’s jacket & keeps it; This is canonically a reference to when a soldier dies, the widow folds up their flag and keeps it.
7x06 - Slash Fiction:
- Frank makes a reference to Sam & Deans doppelgangers as their ‘Double mint twins’ This is a reference to when Dean hooked up with ‘double mint twins’ in season 3 when he was going to go to hell in a year.
- Dean references ‘Swayze’ and says he always gets a pass
- Sam turns on the radio, the song ‘I’m all out of love’ comes on. Sam apologizes to Dean & looks extra awkward the rest of the scene. Sure it could be that Dean just misses Baby (His car) but the way Sam apologizes seriously, to Dean about the song says otherwise.
7x07 - The Mentalists:
- The waiter says to Dean “You’re a virile manifestation of the devine.” to simplify it into a simple meaning; the waiter thought Dean was hot. The second Dean heard this & figured out what he meant by it his face changes.
7x12 - Time After Time:
- Dean fangirls over Elliot Ness
- Sam asks if Dean is strictly into dick now; Dean doesn’t say anything against it
- Dean checks out a guy’s ass instead of the woman’s
- Elliot drags Dean into the store away from the men Dean was checking out
