Wally was in a mood. He rarely was in this mood but after a stressful day he had looked forward to spending time with his friends. Only for them to spontaneously drive somewhere else while Wally was still stuck at the shop. Stupid. He didn’t need friends like this. Heck, he needed no one to entertain himself.
Crossing his arms while standing in the line to some club that seemed popular and full enough to disappear in the masses, Wally waited to get inside.
Fortunately he made it in rather fast and quickly made his way over the dance floor to the bar. The tables were all occupied and he didn’t even check out the upper floor. He knew that everything was crammed.
So the bar it would be. Wally wanted to take the edge of his resentment at being left behind off before he actually enjoyed himself a bit more.
Calling over the barkeeper, he ordered a shot and whatever alcohol beverage he could get fastest. After he paid for the drinks, he threw back the shot in one go and sighed somewhat. Only then did he slowly drop the tension from his body and lean against the counter, now that he got a beer to drink and people to watch.
