These Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies are a quick and delicious treat. You can make a batch of these delectable chocolate chip cookies in no time thanks to the convenience of Bisquick baking mix.

Ingredients: 2 cups Bisquick baking mix. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/3 cup butter, softened. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 egg. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick baking mix and granulated sugar. Add the softened butter, vanilla extract, and egg to the dry mixture. Mix until well combined. Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
