A few weeks ago I was eating Sour Cream and Chive Pringles every day, and then last week I was eating the lime and coriander popadom crisps...
The food we like provides us with dopamine, which is something the ADHD brain lacks. So, when we find something we like, we stick with it until we’ve lost interest, and are therefore not getting that dopamine.
