I recently quit my job as you know and I’ve yet to hear back from any place I apply to for a job???? Like they keep saying there’s a worker shortage but bitch where????

I’ve applied to *so* many places and most I never even hear back from. And the ones I do are so disorganized and seem like they aren’t taking things seriously or don’t care meanwhile I’m over here struggling to stay afloat.

Yet people will look at us and be like what are YOU doing wrong.

This whole ass system is fucked. Places don’t actually want to hire full staff especially at good wages and humane conditions.
