Part of it is not wanting the saga to end.

Another part is that I know no ending is going to feel good enough or finished enough.

Author Notes: This chapter is in collaboration with @tinpanalleys who wrote an ORIGINAL SONG for this chapter. Much like Rebecca does in this chapter, I feel an immense gratitude for her contribution. BSL2 and V-Day

Welp, I planned to publish my next chapter tomorrow since it takes place on Valentine's Day, but then my niece was born on Thursday! She is healthy and going home today. <3 Needless to say, my editing session with Elle (and special guest) got pushed back, but I'm still hoping to get it out within the next week or two! This is going to be a fun one!

Man, I am stoked about the next part of BSL2. After some thinking and re-outlining and re-arranging I've decided to make the next couple chapters into a three-chapter mini-arc.

Originally it was going to span two chapters with the main conflict more-or-less resolved within the first chapter. But, after some reflection, I think it deserves more time and space to breathe. The reason I wanted to write BSL2 is because I want to explore how these two could possibly work with all the baggage they're bringing into the relationship. I want it to be somewhat realistic.

Can you ever really 'start over'? Can the past ever be left completely in the past? What does it take to truly move forward?

Getting close to publishing new chapters of both Call Me Rebecca and BSL2. Both angsty, just how I like it. I looked at the dates I posted Call Me Rebecca and, wow, this is the one story I'm very sporadic on posting. But I solemnly vow I will finish all WIPs before moving on to my next writing project.
