#bitless bridles

I think Luna and I are going to go bitless again. She was really tossing her head the last time I rode in a bit, and she seems a lot more relaxed without one at this point. She’s nearly due for teeth at this point so that might be it, but I just had the vet out multiple times for the cellulitis and shots for moving so I don’t want to bring them out again just yet as she’s not due yet. Anyone have any suggestions for bitless bridles? I don’t like the way the micklem rides bitless. I was thinking Dr. Cook, but I don’t have any experience with them

Does anyone agree on bits? No. Is riding bitless the perfect solution? No. I’ve been asked for some bitless information, and I’m not sure I can even do that without talking bits, too. Even then, it’s idle chatter if there is no horse in the conversation. Usually, I rant about the foolish habit of moving to a stronger bit when your horse gets fussy in the “gentle” one he’s in now.
