Bitter gourd pickle/tangy bitter gourd/karele ka achhar/ spicy bitter gourd.. #bittergourdpickle #tangybittergourd #spicybittergourd #chatpatakarela #karelekaachar Ingredients: bitter gourd 250 gm,carom,cumin,fenugreek,fennel,mustard (seeds of everything 1/2 🥄 ),asafoetida 1/4 🥄 ,salt 1 🥄,oil 2 🥄,turmeric 3/4 🥄 ,coriander 1 🥄,gram flour 2 🥄 (optional,but it increases its taste) Recipe:- first,cut bitter gourd in desire shape,soak into salt water for 45 minuets,after it,drain extra water,boil bitter gourd pieces for 4 minuets,(bitter gourd may be steamed for 5 minutes),now take a pan ,heat oil,add all spices (seeds). & asafoetida,cook until turns brown,add gram flour,coriander,turmeric,stir continuously,now add chilli powder (optional),add dry mango powder,add bitter gourd pieces,stir well,cook for another 8 minutes on low - medium flame,turn off flame,leave it for 1 minute,pickle is ready,Enjoy Healthy and tangy pickle of Incredible vegetable....
