I didn’t either for the longest time! It’s so slow and tedious but it works...
For anyone else who might be curious: Your goal is to scout Enrique’s shop in Bluebell for flour. When it’s in stock, buy as much as you can afford and carry it back to your kitchen. There you’ll want to first cook it all into bread (pot + flour) and then toast. (frying pan + bread). The more you cook the higher your cooking level will be. Higher cooking level means more profit! Ship the toast for $$$
It also works with rice (which is sold in Raul’s shop in Konohana) Rice > cooked rice > rice porridge. I think the toast trick is a teeny bit more profitable though.
