03.05 Update
So as of right now I know what I want:
I want a planner and a an app combined. After doing research I have found that the traditional writing in a planner or a diary is very hard to supplement with a phone app. Phones are much less "glance able" compared to your planner or diary. Also, a ton of creative people, who I am trying to help with this project, prefer to use good 'ole pen and paper when writing to do lists and plans.
I hit a road block though, which is that I am trying to figure out how I can keep those with ADHD/ADD, who get so easily distracted, coming back to their planners. I also wanted to integrate a CBT Diary in the planner, but this would require a daily reminder for someone with ADHD who has trouble sticking to plans everyday. Phones can give you those reminders and may also be better at storing your daily data, but it becomes much less personal or tactile when it goes into your phone. It would be the perfect reminder device, but not the perfect feeling for what I want.
I did find a near to perfect planner for those with ADHD, I will post it along with other examples. I ran into the issue of planners being too stripped down and not having enough options of where to write information.
As of right now, my ideal would be a planner & diary in one, that could be monitored or understood by your phone, and they could be connected somehow.
