I bought my mom a BJD for Christmas this year! It's an artist doll of a poodle, 1/4 scale. I hope it makes her happy. 😊

I have a lot of trauma bc of pets. I won't elaborate, I had a dog whom I had the hard decision to put down, and I still suffer from it. I really love animals, but I don't wanna be that horrible and selfish person who gets a pet even though I know I cannot handle pets anymore, my dog was my last pet. I love bunnies, so I some times think about maybe getting BJD rabbits, since I think some look really great, and I think they'd at least be there for me in a more mental way.

I'd never buy most BJD animals, since I find most of them too expensive compared to my interest in them, I'm not as interested in animal-BJD's, so why buy one if I can just save up for a doll, basically. So I was super thrilled when I got to order the Kazari Kitten for cheap, + the free Loong Soul Po, and Aow. Not even mad I missed the 15% off, between a free set of pets, and the % off, I'd take the pets. Simply bc I know I'd never buy them myself.

Speaking of spider bjds and The Joint, I will never forget the pics from when someone from there carved a ball-jointed spider out of leftover carrots and rutabagas from their garden.
