निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल में आए मरीजों और उनके परिजनों से बातचीत कर उनकी जरूरतें जानी और इलाज व व्यवस्थाओं की स्थिति को उनके नजरिए से समझा।

साथ ही ओपीडी, वार्ड और इमरजेंसी में मरीजों की सुविधा, सफाई, समय पर इलाज तथा डॉक्टरों और स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की उपलब्धता की समीक्षा की।

अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि इलाज में देरी न हो और अस्पताल में आने वाला हर मरीज सम्मान, संवेदनशीलता और भरोसे के साथ देखभाल पाए।
