Born and raised in Mexico City, Ruiz's work observes and comments on gender, femininity and contemporary relationships. Paradise Systems will be part of the second all-digital Virtual Brooklyn Art Book Fair, running from July 15-July18! For those of you who missed it last year, the BKABF team has an incredible system set up for the fair. Using their website, you can buy books from multiple publishers and have them shipped to you as a single package! This logistical miracle realizes the promise of the digital book fair like no other fair we know of.
